Thank you for your question. While we understand the desire for additional streetlights, it’s important to consider the financial implications. Streetlights are a significant expense, and while the HOA does have some savings set aside for unplanned expenses, we also need to prioritize future large-scale projects. These include necessary maintenance, such as digging out the lakes, and potential improvements to the traffic circle.

Given these upcoming needs, it would take some time for the HOA to accumulate sufficient funds to install multiple streetlights along The Loop. We will continue to review the budget and explore options as resources allow, but for the time being, other priorities must take precedence. We appreciate your understanding and continued support in helping us maintain and improve our community.
