The HOA Covenant Committee plays an important role in maintaining the beauty and harmony of our neighborhood by ensuring everyone follows the community’s guidelines. These guidelines, known as CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions), have always been in place to protect property values and create a pleasant environment for all residents.
In Deer Valley, Justin Wink is leading the Covenant Committee, working to keep the neighborhood well-managed. Each section of the neighborhood will have one committee member assigned to help monitor and ensure that the rules are being followed. If there are any concerns or issues, these members will address them in a fair and consistent way.
A Violation Fine Schedule will be mailed to all Deer Valley residents. This will take effect immediately, and its purpose is to encourage everyone to stay in compliance with the community’s rules. By clearly outlining the consequences for violations, the goal is to help keep the neighborhood running smoothly and ensure everyone is doing their part.
It’s important to note that any structures built before Jagoe handed the neighborhood over to the board will be grandfathered in. These structures will not be subject to retroactive enforcement of the rules, ensuring fairness for properties that were established prior to the official handover.
The hope is that this new system will help maintain Deer Valley as a wonderful place to live. It encourages residents to follow the guidelines and ensures that everyone contributes to keeping the neighborhood clean, safe, and beautiful.
With the new fine schedule in place and committee members overseeing each section of the community, the Covenant Committee is working to keep Deer Valley an even better place for all to enjoy.
